A short orientation to help you feel informed and at ease before we meet.
Therapy is a confidential, collaborative conversation focused on what matters most to you. Sessions typically run for 50 minutes and progress at a pace that feels manageable.
Initial sessions focus on understanding your situation, goals and history. Subsequent sessions build practical strategies and reflection, with regular review of progress.
What changes would you most like to see? What has helped or not helped previously? What support do you currently have in place around your health and wellbeing?
Therapy is an ongoing process rather than a single conversation. Change often unfolds gradually, with practical steps between sessions playing an important role.
